PanelWiz is practical way of solving the problems of system integration faced by OEM customers. Rather than having a single board with all the I/O connections along different faces - resulting in untidy cable routing and a problematic enclosure design - Dexdyne has divided the solution into two parts, by having a kernel section with minimal I/O and a user-definable back-panel PCB with all the "real world" connections.
