Biogas needed a truly global monitoring solution to update its existing satellite modem-based system in order to provide them with consolidated telemetry from its various operations worldwide.

After an initial demonstration of Dexdyne's netrix Industrial system, Biogas immediately committed to a worldwide trial on sites in Mexico, Peru and China.

Successfully installed, and using domestic SIMs from each country, the next improvement was to augment the netrix Dashboard with customised data entry and download forms specific to Biogas's requirements.  SMS alerts were then added to each site to keep local engineers informed of site incidents.
