Veolia Water Ireland was interested in finding a more cost effective alternative to expensive SCADA-based systems for monitoring its various treatment sites scattered across a wide geographic area.

Netrix Industrial proved an ideal fit for this application, integrating into the existing infrastructure and providing Veolia with centralised storage for a fraction of the cost of a similar SCADA system. The netrix Dashboard service also gives Veolia's customers access to historical logs, allowing verification of service quality as well as providing specific end customers with direct access to data ready for importing into their own IT systems.

Netrix has now been fully adopted by Veolia, retro-fitting across the entire range of sites, as well as being the standard when installing and commissioning new treatment plants.
